Founded in 2002, Wahon Electronics is integrated in the research, design, development and manufacture of cooling solutions for all applications of thermal requirements. Our cooling solution products range from heat sinks with over 1,000 models, cooling modules, aluminum panels, aluminum cases, CPU coolers and VGA coolers to DC fans with over 30 models. We also produce auxiliary products such as screws, springs, clips and other accessories as well as CNC fine processing products with over 200 models.
We have an 8,000-square-meter workshop fully equipped with cutting machines, CNC, stamping and automatic lathe machining as well as 3D test equipment. 90% of the production processes such as drawing and polishing are completed in-house. We source our materials from 60 suppliers, some of whom have worked with us for 8 years. With 300 employees, we can produce a monthly output of 500,000 DC fans, 300,000 coolers and 3,000,000 heat sinks.
We have 6 English speaking R&D engineers who worked for AVC, Foxconn, Wanhong, Summit and ARX. They can produce 10 new items monthly and work out new samples in 7-30 days. Furthermore, they can design stable, reliable and practical products to meet customers' requirements. In addition, our 15 QC staff strictly follows ISO 9001 Quality Management System and also guarantees 0.3% return rate and 1 year warranty for our products.
80% of our productions are exported to the US, Europe and Canada including big buyers such as Foxconn, AVC, ARX, WE and GMB resulting to an annual export turnover worth $6,000,000.
We accept OEM/ODM orders as small as 100 pieces that can come with OEM packages or neutral packages. Deliveries take 45 days.
